please look for help whether that be with or another counseling service please get help counseling and treatment in general is so helpful and crucial um for us due to the fact that i know personally you know i handle a lot and you understand my anxiety in some cases it gets the best of me you know and it always feels excellent to have an expert assistance you understand um i’m the kind of individual that i don’t want to put or vent or put so much on individuals that i like that’s close to me like i don’t want to drain them with my problems although i will go to them if it’s something like damaging and i require to discuss you know but i’m just not the individual to call someone every day like oh i’m so stressed out or you understand like oh like i just feel like that’s.
draining so that’s why i looked for therapy i searched for a therapist um was always discussed in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i love her um she always recommended it or did like um she was sponsored by them so she would constantly promote it and i’m like you understand what it was a point in my life where like i required some expert assistance um simply some guidance just someone to listen to me um while i vent you understand i just required that aid so i was like let me give a try and um so i joined the regular monthly subscription for about 275 dollars um and i was designated a counselor and you know she sends a message that essentially says like um hey there welcome um tell me about yourself i sent out a short intro about who i am um why i chose for aid and um so that was that so then she sent me another response since whatever was online so it resembles messaging back and forth which is quite convenient um although i remain in person type of person i would rather be face to face with somebody um not to mention i’m likewise a bad texter so like this really wasn’t for me however i still wanted to give it a try um so then after i informed her about me and things like that she you know informed me.
about herself and then she informed me that i might schedule our first meeting um she sent me the dates that she was available which was like a week from this time that we were talking um so whatever was a week out so i sent her back a reaction and i resembled hey i selected this date which was like one of the options that she had so she confirmed it she sent me like a verification email stating like this is your very first conference with your counselor and what to expect and what to you know bring and be prepared for so i was so delighted like i had journaled out how i was feeling what i was going through what i wanted recommendations on or just like what i wished to discuss so the day that we’re supposed to meet we’re doing a virtual.
