draining so that’s why i searched for therapy i looked for a therapist um was always pointed out in like other youtubers videos like kelly stamps that i watch i love her um she always suggested it or simulated um she was sponsored by them so she would always promote it and i resemble you understand what it was a point in my life where like i needed some expert aid um just some guidance just someone to listen to me um while i vent you understand i just required that aid so i was like let me give a try and um so i joined the month-to-month subscription for about 275 dollars um and i was appointed a therapist and you understand she sends out a message that essentially says like um hi welcome um inform me about yourself i sent a quick intro about who i am um why i chose for help and um so that was that so then she sent me another action because everything was online so it’s like messaging backward and forward which is quite convenient um even though i am in individual type of individual i would rather be face to face with somebody um not to mention i’m likewise a bad texter so like this actually wasn’t for me however i still wanted to give it a try um so then after i informed her about me and things like that she you know informed me.
about herself and then she told me that i could arrange our first meeting um she sent me the dates that she was available which was like a week from this time that we were talking um so everything was a week out so i sent her back a response and i resembled hello i chose this date which resembled one of the choices that she had so she validated it she sent me like a confirmation email saying like this is your very first meeting with your counselor and what to anticipate and what to you know be and bring gotten ready for so i was so excited like i had actually journaled out how i was feeling what i was going through what i wanted advice on or much like what i wanted to go over so the day that we’re expected to satisfy we’re doing a virtual.
